Hello,
Won the DLA tribunal.
Now what? Can someone clarify what I should do now?
I've read some horror stories when even winning DLA tribunal does not mean they will get their money?

I know from experience how horrible these things are.
If the DWP accept the tribunals decision then you should receive your backdated money within the next week or so.
I got my decision on the 30th January and received the money on the 10th February.
If the DWP do contects the decision, then they will write to you to advise.
I think (please check) they have a maximum of 28 days to contect the tribunals decision.
I would advise however that you write to the chair of the tribunal asking for a statement of reasons why they awarded what they did. Then you have it to refer to if needed.[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.

This does not quite reflect my experience or understanding.
If they accept the tribunal result, then they will send you out a form asking if you've been in hospital/... This is as this may affect your entitlement.
Then you need to return this, and this be processed before your DLA payment will begin.
I am unaware of any statutory time limits as to how fast they have to process the claim.
They have to normally contact the tribunals service within a month if they wish a statement of reasons, however, they can in principle apply late for this, and proceed with an appeal, if the tribunal service agrees.0
