Looks like a goodish site, but I couldn't help but laugh that he wouldn't sell "that rubbish wild Alaskan salmon" but has no problems selling rubbishy farmed salmon :rotfl:You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0

My Mum has completed the bi-annual tradition of emptying her freezer into mine and amongst the pickings is an unopened bag of makro sea bass fillets...
Do I need to defrost them first?
And what can I make with them that is both MSE and low calorie?
Thanks in advanceA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I'd defrost them first

Hi,
I have some whole Sea Bass in the freezer I got on offer a month ago.
I want to make salt encrusted Sea Bass but all the recipes tell me to use course sea salt. Is there any reason why I cannot use table salt as I have a 2.5kg bag of the stuff I use for pickling?
Buying a kilogram of seasalt will cost a small fortune.
Thanks0 -
Perfect. I have all those herbs/spices0
