Hi
I am just at the very beginning of starting a DRO with Step Change and need to write to my creditors for an up to date statement of each debt I owe and to hold action on my debts until this is sorted. However I can not find a sample letter to send, can anyone help me with one? It would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Becky

If you have statements from previous months (oct -dec) just send those in, and as long as you ring the creditors for the most up to date balance on the day of submission you should be fine. You can write to creditors requesting a statement but I would guess that they will simply wait until your normal statement date and just send you a statement as normal...0 -
