Hello Peeps !
Ive just joined up and im in need of some serious answers please!
Ive Sent the 2 Letters to Lloyds TSB, and their answers have been all 'we are in the right to charge you Mr........., ' which obviously isnt cutting the mustard with me. So im about to use MoneyClaim, but im a bit stuck on working out the Interest bit (8%) that the you can claim.
Do i use the Martins Calculator to work out every Charge ive had over the past 6 yrs (amount and date)?? or
Do i get the grand total...ex:£2000 and work out 8% on that ???
It sounds silly i know, but i need to get the ball rolling into court.
Could someone please explain what ive got to do.....as i have the face and actions of this little yellow man here
Many Thanks
