Best place to check if a car has outstanding finance

Bought a car and would like to check it has no outstanding finance before I hand the cash over. Any reccomendations please?

Any HPI check which also offers insurance if the data is wrong. None of those £1-£3 quick check jobs do.0

Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0
