Tax return question and extra income

Hi there,
I registered as self employed march 2012 I think it was.
Anyhow, I did my self assement tax return online for the tax year 2011-2012 in April. I don't have a tax return to do now do I? I need to wait for the next one to come out for the 2012-2013? When does it come out?
I'm a self employed make-up artist but in the past couple of months or less I have been earning extra money by doing some modeling (cash in hand). How do I declare this?
Do I need to call HMRC to tell them? I currently put my make-up artistry income into a HSBC business account. Do I now need to open another bank account for the modeling income?
How will I file this income? Can I just add it into the income part of the form or do I need to say its a separate business even though its only 1-2 modeling shoots a month if that? And it won't be regular either.
Please help!
Thanks

By and large HMRC aren't worried where the money comes from. Many SE people have different sides to their income earning. You could be a make up artist, a model, a photographer, interior designer and website designer all at the same time and generating money from all of these. Providing it is declared on your tax return, that is all the HMRC are worried about. You don't need a separate bank account for it.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
