I wonder how come some banks are still doing their businesses after having some major complaints from their clients. A friend of mine asked for a ten year loan and got a mortgage on his house. He also had a credit card with the same bank but he never used it. A small technicality almost made him loose his house. The bank wanted to take his house for having an unpaid tax for his card. Some annual account maintaining tax.

    Hi,
I may be doing this totally wrong (and I know I should know better as I have been here a while now :) ) but I have tried searching and still cannot find out how to do an SOA (statement of affairs) that you mention in the guide above. I have done a budget, but wonder if I need to do an SOA and how I go about it?
Many thanks, and sorry if the answer is easy, I just can't seem to see it.

Flylady, look at the 4th thread from the top of the debt discussion board, about half way down the post, it says "Click here" that should take you directly to the SOA calculator

Thanks for this, and I apologise in advance, but where is the debt discussion board? (how thick am I, I just can't seem to find it?) from what I have just searched, this is what I came up with, is this it? http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html it looks good to me... ;)
Again, thanks for the help. :A

Hi I think the article is very clear and for anyone who is panicking it seems to be in a logical order.
