Worried by particulars of claim statement

Hi

just thought i'd jot this down as I'm getting jittery with my caim. Followed the procedure through as per sites instructions since 8/1/07 - Was offered £1000 for a £5000 claim. Decided to go to court and used the template suggestion on here to file my 'particulars of claim', paid my £120 for the on line claim and waited- hopefully! barclays put in a defence last minute and the hearing was transfered to my local court - A further £100 I had to pay for this and then the judge has asked for clarity of my 'particulars of claim'! I have refiled this and now hope that he accepts this. Has anyone else had this problem or is my judge being pinickity?
