Quote Me Happy any good ?

I have had 2 best prices come up in home buildings and contents insurance.
Quote Me Happy at £133.92 with no free emergency and no free legal. Buildings and contents excess are £200 each. £40 cashback with Quidco.
Esure at £138.76 with free emergency and free legal. Buildings and contents excess are £350 each. £45 cashback with Quidco.
I can't decide which to go for as well as if the free legal cover and emergency are worth it.

Home insurance cover varies massively between providers, I would look at the one that provides the correct cover for my needs rather than the cheapest.0

What would you consider correct cover to be ?0

Its personal, so for me I dont have outbuildings so no concerns on what level of cover is given for them but I do have a distorted amount of "high risk" type items so I need to ensure (1) how they define high risk, (2) what the unspecified item limit is - generally I want it high as I dont want to have to specify ever piece of jewellery, camera lens etc and (3) that they'll provide the level of limits I need (most insurers have a maximum ratio of high risk -v- standard risk items).
Personally I do want matched pair cover so if one of our dining chairs is destroyed that they'll replace the whole table and chairs rather than giving me the value of just a single chair leaving me with a table and 7 matching chairs and one odd chair.0 -
I was wondering how good quote me happy are as an insurance company as I can't find anything online about their service ratings.0
