I may be blind and missed a thread, but if one doesn't already exist, can we have a general consumer rights section which isn't woven through another thread?

Hi am I putting this in the right place? Last sunday I bought a laptop from pc world - When I was orgainising payment I asked if it had a webcam the salesman said it had- I've just realised it hasn't got one! - needless to say Im going to take it back today. As Pc World are notorious for being difficult does anyone have any tips to make the process easier? Im dreading it! thanks
