Twitter and Facebook

I was curious if many of you have won through Twitter and Facebook. Ive only recently started doing competitions on Twitter and it seems like all im doing is following people and Retweeting everything? Thanks

I have won lots of prizes on twitter. Most of them little prizes, such as a book, a CD or a lip balm, but all nice things to receive. I don't enter so many on facebook, but have won once or twice.

You have got to be in it to win it.

I won my best prize to date via a twitter retweet. The prize was a MacBook Air, Xbox, HTC Desire, Logitech squeezebox and a mifi dongle. I've also won a hotel stay, a kindle and lots of other small little prizes via twitter

Ive won a Kindle Fire HD, a cookbook and a calendar from Twitter comps so its definitely worth doing but sometimes I still get the feeling that is seems a bit fruitless at times with the amount of follows and retweets that I do.

The bottom line is if you don't try, you don't get

It's one of the quickest and easiest ways to comp though - just a simple click of the retweet button usually.

I've never won anything of note on Twitter (A poster once!) but I've won perfume and a designer handbag on Facebook....definately worth entering!

ive won loads on facebook

none on twitter

Only won two very small things on Twitter, one from a Competwition and one from a normal retweet. Won more through Facebook though nothing that big.

I've won from both, mostly nothing that major, but my first Twitter win was an electric guitar from Competwition

personally i dont think these like and share comps should be posted on the boards as they are against FB rules and all to easy to cheat at ! IMO
