Is the nexus 7 32 gb partitioned?

Hi folks,

I have a cheapy tablet from amazon and its partitioned into a 1 gb system and apps and the sd card of almost 6gb.

Its ok but as the 1gb fills up quickly its a bit of a pain moving to the sd card (not a physical sd card, just the way its named on the tablet)

What about the nexus 7 32 gb, is it just one large 32gb drive?

    It has just over 28GB of available storage after the OS is taken in to account.
    It is possible to connect a USB stick or portable HDD as external storage, but you have to root it for that to work.
    Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
    Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
    Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
    Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

    Thats not strictly the case if you ise an otg cable and the app nexus media importer you can store docs and music on the usb .

    Is the correct answer - and is exactly what I've done for our 16GB Nexus 7. :)

    I rooted mine as the first thing I did, I do not see why not do this.

    It takes a little time and is easy to do and enables the nexus to do a lot more.
