when spending that amount of money on a computer, yes it is, as no matter what anyone says about reliability, Apple's products do break
(most recent figures place Apple as the 3rd or 4th most reliable brand with a failure rate of around 16-18% within the first 3 years)Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
My personal take is that I don't pay for any extended warranty type products, preferring to take the risk that, should an item fail, I then have to decide whether to pay out for repair or replacement. How do I add a signature?0

Generally I say no with electronic products but with Apple then you might want to consider it. The problem with Apple is their failure rate is similar to others but due to the design (often parts bonded together rather than screws and non standard parts) they are horribly expensive to repair.0

I take it as a boxed product, but not at the RRP. You can obtain the code via an auction site then register within the first year to have continuous over. Never claimed, but it shows as ongoing cover on the website.0
