we just bought a bosch one from empire direct and it had a free 5 year gurantee on parts and labour, it was about £290 , I've been very pleased with it, I could have got the machine about £20 cheeper but not with the 5 year gurantee

I have the same problem. My last washer was a Beko and it has just lasted me 18 months! Again i know you only get what you pay for , but i am in the same boat as you , i dont have £500 to spare. I cant fault the Beko for washing , but it just hasnt lasted.

I bought this one 6mths ago, wifes very pleased with it. Bosch WAE24162

I did find it a few quid cheaper elsewhere (sorry cant remember which site), but Ive ordered from the co-op several times & have always been happy with their service, plus you can pick your own date & recieve it within a couple of days & they also deliver on a Sat.

Just got new washer delivered last week from dixons online. It is indesit, silver and 1400spin, its simple to use and it was £210 with 16.99 delivery om top.Had to wait 5 days for delivery though and i am sure the white machines are cheaper.

Never had beko washer but i have separate fridge and freezer now for the last 3 years without any problems(touch wood).
Just to win anything would be great!!

I have a Bosch too and very pleased with it,I suppose it really depends on how much use it gets I use mine 5-10 times a week,Mielle have a good name also but are quite expensive.I don't recommend Servis I had one that lasted me a few months and was nothing but trouble I was told by there engineer they were taken over by an Italian firm and were nowhere near as good as they used to be.
    bye hoo

zanussi are very good, mine has lasted 4 years considering that I use mine 15-20 times a week and its still going strong.
Have a look on the currys website, they have some bosch on offer at the moment, use the free delivery and 5% codes that are flying around on here, you will get a good price.
    Good luck.

thb honest i've got a Beko in my rented flat and its still working fine after 2 years. If i was to buy a new one it would be an LG, Direct Drive & 2 years warranty and minimum 7.5kg load, WM12336FD £329.99 at Currys

Hi, you could try empiredirect as they have a beko 1500 spin for 219.99 but if you join their edxtra club you get a free 3 year guarantee (it says free but the club costs 19.99 for the year but does give you a three year warranty on ANYTHING you buy for over 200 quid, I have also checked with ED and they say the three year warranty still applies even if you do not take up the club offer the next year). So it would cost you 239.98 all in all but would have a three year warranty (theres also quidco).
I think they also give you the option of buy now, pay in x months if you take the edxtra.
    Hope this helps.
