no mooney for 12 weeks off esa help!

hi i have just recently gone back on to esa on the 11th of october as i am unable to travel and sign on jsa anymore.i was told because i have been on esa before and it has not been 6 monnths that i would have to attend a medical before i could recieve a payment.11 weeks past with me ringing constantly asking when i would be able to attend a medical to which they said is was with a decision maker ,then they had sent it each time i rang atos to which they told me no paperwork had been submitted by the esa department.the esa department refused to pay me basic rate untill medical and confirmed when i had, had this they would consider a payment.so the weeks went by will i got futher behind with my payments set up out of my bank for direct debits which i have to cancel due to banks charges.so i kept ringing until i eventually contacted the atos health care service and booked an appointment after a heated conversation with the esa department 5 minutes erlier (what a coincidense)they mae it for the 31st of december so my childrren havent had their christmas present yet,which is the worst thing out of all this bless them.so i attended my medical and asked the doctor how long it took the information to get back to esa department ,to which she told me it was instant and emailed off to them.so i rang on the 2nd of jan to ask about an emergency payment to which they told me they had not recieved the information off atos yet .i said that the doctor had told me they recieved the paperwork on the same day to which the girl said this was a lie.i rand atos they told me same as doctor that esa had it and were also lying.i rang esa and asked for a decision maker to ring me back about it they refused and said i would have to wait till they had the information back off atos.i rang the next day esa said i failed medical and would recieve no money .help what can i do?

Appeal the medical decison and you should receive ESA at the assessment rate until the tribunal hear the appeal. This will be once the appeal has been accepted mind (allow another 2 weeks from submitting the appeal forms).

To be going through this process you must either of not appealed an original medical disallowance for ESA within the last six months or have failed to attend a medical on the previous claim. For reference it is always better to appeal decisions or alterntively wait six months between ESA claims.

Curious reason to claim you are unable to work for medical reasons however if you are just unable to travel to sign on?
