I phoned them up and the call centre guy said he had not been given the gas serial no OR the meter reading. They have it now. I b****Y hope he said they would back date it to when I started the contract for gas.
Now feel I am going to loose out. I still don't know how much I will be paying a month.
What a waste of time changing from Scottish power. All through the switching process there was very poor communication. That and having norovirus what a great start to the new year
I would suggest that you get back in touch with them and clarify
* Whether they will backdate the tariff to the date of agreeing the contract.
* Giving them your estimated 12 months usage for Gas and Electric and asking them to calculate and confirm the monthly amount that you need to pay.
* Whether they might consider a small gesture of goodwill as you have had to chase the switching process that really ought to be driven by them.43580 -
should be easy to estimate, as your previous supplier will have reads from you.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi brandytoots
I'm sorry the contact we've had with you so far hasn't been up to scratch.
If you signed up for a particular tariff when you started the switch through the comparison site, we'll honour that. Notes will be on the account to this end.
Sometimes, when switching both fuels, one will transfer quicker than the other.
Once both fuels are fully with us, we can make sure you're on the tariff you asked for from the date the fuel went live.
Hope this helps. Give me a shout if you need any more info as will be happy to help.
