Decent Camcorder advice with £150 budget

Been doing a bit of research on camcorders and looking for one for holiday/special occasions mainly. I really like the feel of the Panasonic HX-DC2 but a bit worried about the tiny aperture, but I like the fact that you could just pop it in a coat pocket. Can anyone suggest something within my budget that could give me decent night and day quality, with decent sound?

I have a Panasonic HX-DC1 and as a camcorder it is really good, although it is not that great when used as a stills camera, the pictures are a bit fuzzy with a colour cast.0
