Thanks.Hope its ok to add a few terms:

The prize consists of : return economy flights from Stansted to Carcassonne for two nights accommodation for two (sharing twin or double room) at Château l’Hospitalet Hotel in Narbonne, including breakfast and a tasting.
2- The winner must have a valid passport, travel insurance and be over 18 years old. Flights and hotels are subject to availability.
3- Promoters reserve the right to substitute prize for one of the same of higher value deemed necessary. Prize must be taken as offered and is non transferable. No cash alternative. The winner will be drawn on the 2nd April 2013 and the trip must be taken between the 15th April and 15th June 2013 (excluding UK bank holidays and upon availability).
4- The winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by 3rd April 2013 by e-mail or phone.
5- Entrants must be UK residents over 18 years of age. Employees of John Lewis plc, G!rard Bertrand and any associated third parties are excluded. The judge’s decision is final binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6- Entrance implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

Would you be ok just to edit the title for indexing by date/clarity please eg:

rather than:
Win a Wine Trip to South of France for 2 Gerard Bertrand

Just click edit & advanced
If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.Plus we may lose it to Game Over.

7 How can I amend my thread title if I need to?
