Micro sim for iPad 3

I have bought a micro sim , that I am hoping to put in my iPad . It has £5.00 free credit and free Internet access ( it was going cheap on eBay ) so thought I'd give it a go.

Hopefully that's the link . Can I get it up and running in my iPad as opposed to starting it in my hubby's iPhone. It would be great to have the 250gb Internet usage on my iPad. Can anyone help me get it started. In easy terms please.

IIRC some phone companies won't allow normal phone account sims into tablets as they can charge extra for an iPad Sim.0
