Windows Anytime Upgrades for Vista

Options
I purchased a new PC with Vista Home Premium installed and I would like to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. A number of websites including Microsoft’s http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2007/jan07/01-17ConsumerOptionsPR.mspx list the recommended cost of this upgrade as being $159. This is also the price that this upgrade is currently being offered for on Amazon.com’s website. However, I have not been able to find the equivalent price in GBP (£79.51) anywhere for UK customers. Amazon.co.uk are listing £144.99 for the same upgrade and Microsoft’s Windows Anytime site are charging £127.33 (or $249.89).

The following website https://www.windowsanytimeupgrade-emea.com/WAU/SelectMerchant.aspx suggests that a range of prices are available to the UK customer but still none are as cheap as Microsoft's recommended cost of $159. As anyone found anywhere selling the upgrade at this or a lower price for UK customers?
