Laptop and wifi not connecting

Any idea why a laptop will not connect to internet

Says conected but in corner where graph is there is an explanation mark.

Other laptop and i phones conected to wifi ok!

    Hi, I often have this problem with my very old laptop and this is what I do.

    Control Panel - System- Hardware- Device Manager.

    Scroll down to "Network adapters" and Double click on it and it will expand, if the yellow mark is on the wifi "right click" on it and uninstall. Go back to control panel.

    In control Panel Click on " ADD HARDWARE" and the wizard should pop up and reinstall the Driver for you.

    As I said I only know this because that is what I have to do.
