Is this a scam?

Does anyone have any info on a website called paidopinionsonline.com. They are selling a package on ebay. It looks interesting, however, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

Haven't heard of this one in particular but I was aware of one where you had to pay a membership fee then you only got about 2 surveys a year...and got paid about 10p each.........my advice...........AVOID!!0

You can register at their website for £32 so I'm not sure what they are selling on Ebay. No doubt it's simply to attract others to the scam.
Basically it appears they say they are offering a so called database of 450 companies that may sometimes conduct online market research. You then have to register with each of these and wait to see if they send you anything.
As there are reputable market research companies which can be traced and have proper addresses I can't recommend anyone dealing with an unidentifiable, untraceable company. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

Actually there is a way to get paid for doing surveys which is not a scam - but it is not going to make you rich.
Sign up to Ipoints (at https://www.ipoints.co.uk) then register for surveys.
The best survey is NOP because they are genuine. They collect your answers anonymously and don't use it to target you with junk mail, which is what most "surveys" are for.
They seem to send me about 1 per fortnight on average. The reward depends on the size of the survey. Typically it will earn you about 50p in Ipoints, maybe £1 for a large one (that's assuming 1 Ipoint is worth very roughly 5p).0 -
Save your money sites like http://www.survey-networks.com give you these list of sites totally free of charge.0
