I have a problem. I am trying to remove the separate the back plate on my Bosch Oven door to get at a hinge. One of the Torx screw which is countersunk will not budge. The head of this one particular screw is badly damaged and when trying to turn the Torx screwdriver it does not catch to turn. I do not want to risk damaging the door or enlarging the hole. Has any one any suggestions of how I can get this screw removed, I am not very DIY orientated but can manage simple solutions!!!

I had a similar problem with my Neff Oven door .I managed with difficulty to unscrew using a T20 Torx screwdriver applying a lot of pressure. I had to buy a new Torx screw the same size to replace the worn one. I had to find a Neff dealer to supply this screw as local hardware stores were unable to indentically match the worn one. Good Luck0
