Won an item - refunded immediately

I won an item on ebay (pair of trainers) for 99p. The postage cost was 6 quid, which I paid immediately. I've just been refunded the money via paypal with the message 'postage was more than i thought'.
I think this is a rubbish excuse, and they're blatantly just refunding me my 99p because they want to get more for the trainers.
What are my options/rights here, do I have any?

You cant force them to take your money and send the trainers.
you can leave them a big negative feedback and report them as a non performing seller. presume it was just a private sale?if i had known then what i know now0 -

a private sale as in not a person with a selling business on ebay.
All you can do is leave a neg I'm afraid & report but that is about it. Such a pain but it happens a lot0 -

private = private seller - ie not business.
Totally irrelivent anyway - just report and leave a neg.0 -
At least they didn't claim to have sent them, and made you do an INR claim.0

I have a seller that said they posted my item a week after i paid. 3 weeks later i have opened a case. They have now replied to my email i sent ages back saying they were ill and will post.
Marked it as despatched 3 weeks ago. And they supposedly posted it between xmas and the new year. Still no sign of it.
They managed to bid, buy and collect a dolls house just before xmas though. Odd that.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Just leave a neg saying something like "seller refused to send", and make sure you refuse a cancellation, then report them as a non performing seller.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
