Pipex problem

I had my home phone with Pipex on their anytime package until Janurary 07 when BT offered me a good deal to go back to them which would save me about a tenner a month. As of the 18th January I was back with BT, and Pipex wrote to me to confirm. However, I kept getting billed by Pipex for the standard monthly charge of £12 even though I wasn't even getting my calls through them. I spoke to them twice and each time was told I was right and that I didn't owe them anything. In the end I was advised to write as their was nothing they could do on their computers at their end. So I wrote to them. I have just this morning got another bill off them

What do I do now???

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
