Ive read on these boards about credit checks etc.
If I was to form a limited company and wished to sign up for world pay, Who would be credit searched? me or the company?

Possibly both.
The company as that is who the credit is being granted to and you, either as a director or more likely because they may wish you to give a personal guarantee if its a newly formed company and so has no good credit history.0 -
Neither? World pay (part of RBS) do not extend credit, and only credit you with cleared funds. They are a card intermediary, and as you do not become a Merchant yourself, your checks will be more identity based than credit related.0
