will urgent qestion very ill

i am termanily ill and wish to leave my house to my sister the only problem is i still owe £10.000 over the next 6 years i am using a kit will and would like to find the correct way of wordingmy requirments so she could take over the mortgage whithout any confusion and extra cost thanks for any help

    Sorry to hear that. Did you have any life insurance when you took out the mortgage? If so that would cover the outstanding mortgage. It's possible to do a will in a kit form but I would say it's well worth spending the £100 or so to get a solicitor to draw it up for you so that everything is clear and binding so that it saves stress for those inheriting.
  • I cant urge you strogly enough to get a solicitor. We were in a similar position and although we had to pay a bit his advice saved us so much money. Also it will give you the peace of mind to know everything is sorted in a watertight way.

    Apart from that I hope you remain so strong and able to think of others as you have to face such a terrible ordeal

    What a fantastic person the OP is.

    Not only are they fighting a terminal disease but they are already considering the people left behind.

    I just hope that I have 1% of your strength if I ever find myself in the same situation.

    I can't help regarding the will but just want to say I think you are a fantastic human being and I wish that everyday you have left is fullfilled with happiness and laughter.
