Any Blackberry Phone Experts Out There?

I have trouble with replying to texts that my daughter sends me. I can read her texts but when I reply I get a message come up with a red x saying "X Unidentified Subscriber"

Why is this happening and how can I sort it out?

Does the same happen if you send a new text (not a reply) to your daughter?

Are you able to successfully send texts to others?

Is the Message Centre number displayed under Options > SMS?

Yes the same happens if i try to send a new text to her

Yes I can send texts to everyone else.

I'm sure this happened to at least one of our Blackberrys before (we had 4, now 1). I think the web is full of this problem and ours went away eventually on its own after a couple of days. We did do the usual battery pull a lot, but I don't think that was the answer.
