You can set your FB security settings do that nobody can post on your wall except you.

I've just been fiddling with the security & I've just clicked strict filtering & just tried to enter a competition as I have all ready liked the page in the past & it came up asking if it could post to my page twice & I clicked no & it still let me enter. Is this what you mean? So hopefully this will stop some of the posts on my page.

But what do I do with all the prolific posting on my wall now?. I am clicking report story or spam but as fast as I can clear some, more is being posted?

    Thank You

Don't know whether I will explain this well but I will give it a go:D

Hover over the name of the company
In the bottom right of the box that comes up is a 'liked' button
    Hover over that
Untick the 'show in news feed'

This will stop the posts appearing on your wall.

I have also created a list where I get all these posts to show as amongst the other things they also have posts about new comps:D

    Hope this helps.

I have been banned for 30 days since the 23rd December I have 251 friends I had to do security checks for 2 days on the trot then the 3rd came the 30 day ban i can't like any new pages or comment on anything. My hubby got the same and he does not do competitions plus my sister got the same ban and she was only visiting us for xmas and she does not comp either so god knows why them 2 got the ban aswel, i can understand mine with all the sharing I do but not them 2.
Ive looked into it and there's nothing you can do at all they won't lift any ban for any reason at all.
Ive heard of quiet a few people on fb that have got the same 30 day ban before me and just after me so think it's the time of year they seem to do it every december.

    Boo!!!!!!!!! Missing you loads :(

thats not your wall, it's your homepage. In which case they're not spamming as you have liked their page. If you click on your name at the top, that will take you to your wall.

On my wall there is just the comps that I have made a comment on. So do Facebook not like the feeds on your home page? or does this not count in the ban for a month I've got?

    Thank's for your help

    It's ok

Ive been banned for 30 days again. It said something about spamming the site, & they have taken away my ability to like away.

So I am guessing they think I am liking too much.

But is liking too much classed as spamming? or is the constant people posting on my home page what they call spamming?

    Thank You xxx
