There are similar schemes where you purchase a hotel room in London. I have no idea whether the promised returns are realistic, but that would seem a far less risky venture. http://hotels.assetz.co.uk/

Looking at the site you suggest I cannot see any London hotel investments listed. But they do have a scheme on their home page just like the one I am querying. Interesting.
