I have Google Chrome with Auto Refresh Plus running but still can't stop myself from manually refreshing the page just to make sure :-)

Yes leave it blank, the spreadsheet checks through the list of words on the Words tab starting art the line you specify

if you go onto the site and click on faq's there's an option to 'contact us' which gives you a form to fill in and send to them electronically
