check your email i have emailed a few times over the year and always got the same response back with starts like this Thank you for your recent correspondence.

"Although we are unable to re-send the original Priority information to you, we are pleased to advise that you have been selected to apply using our Priority service".
and they put my code in the email so they should have do ne the same for you. Use the contact us link.

If you have applied for a Sun Holiday within the last 2 years you are eligible to receive a Priority Application Brochure which will enable you to book as a priority customer.
If you have not received your Priority Application Brochure, please CONTACT US to send us an email. Please select the ‘Previous Bookers Mailer Not Received’ category and to assist us, please inform us when you last applied for a Sun Holiday. Please also include your full postal address in the email.

I've mailed the sun as I've not got the paperwork for a priority booking.

They sent me an email back saying they won't re issue it (even though I've not got it in the first place) but I am able to do a priority booking.

In the mail they said I need a priority code which they typed in as xxxxx/xx - which makes no sense.

I've mailed them on Tuesday but not got a reply and I'd like to book tomorrow or Sunday.

Does anyone have a number I can call to speak to a body as the one I found doesn't work.

yes just ring the site direct but should be no extra cost for a baby except if you want to hire a cot

That format is right for the code. You have to enter the code into two fields on the form. Your code should look something like 1234567/123 (ten numbers in total).

Hello, I'm new to the Sun holiday promotion so forgive if I'm asking something really obvious.

There's three families wanting to go on the same holiday (same park at same time), one of us have been before so she has a priority code, can she book 3 vans for the three families, or does she book hers and us other 2 do the posting of hte form and have to hope we get the same as her (and each other)?

you can only book 1 holiday per priority code

the other 2 families will either have to do the postal method, or get a code from someone else or if all else fails buy on ebay !! ( no problem using other peoples)
