We have been booking the european holidays for the last 4 years and they are amazing ! we always get a caravan booked through either eurocamp or keycamp and save ourselves around 400-500 quid on each caravan ! also we have done the ferry through the sun which saves alot as its only 170 quid with them but you are limited to portsmouth to caen ! cant wait to book on sat evening thanks for all peoples efforts i always use this thread !

I have just booked a holiday I wanted at a site Cornwall on Monday 27th May for 4 nights through the Daily Mail promotion. It cost £10 per person instead of the £9.50 through the Sun, I checked their costs for services charge and entertainment passes and it is more or less the same as the Sun charges.

The website opened today and you can book even if you haven't had one of their holidays before.

the seven passwords you need are:

    BREAK
    DANCE
    BALL
    SEAGULL
    CANDY
    PIER
    WALK

They seem to have all the same sites as The Sun and they offer Easter dates (The Sun don't).

Worth looking at if you know the dates and park you want.

Wow....thank you so much for this information.
I have just booked for myself and my 6 year old daughter to go on a 4 night break to a Haven resort in the EASTER holidays in a Luxury Plus caravan!!! Thank you....thank you....thank you

do we need 10 tokens if you have a priority number?

Yes, you need 10 words but as a priority booker you have the bonus word LAND.

    Hi Gaddas

Thanks for the info. How do you book a full week, is it an option on the online booking site or use two codes?

    Thanks
    Ella :)

    Hi drewe,

I've booked The Orchards (near Clacton) as i wanted somewhere close to the beach. I've not been there before but i have been to a few other Havens and they are perfect holiday parks for a 6 year old - swimming pool, play area, kids club, etc.... I'm not sure about hom many you have to pay for - i booked for 2 adults and 1 child and paid £74.80 (although i know we will have to pay the unit charge and entertainment fees too when the invoice comes in). The total is usually around £140 for a 4 night break in a luxury caravan during school holidays - which is think is prety good.
I've been checking the website recently though and i can't get the same holiday to come up :(

i just went on the haven web page i normal pay about £115 through the sun holidays for the basic caravan 4 day stay,if i do it straight through haven its only £142,
so am going to wait till sat and see if the sun are offering the oct half term there, dont think they will be as they didnt last yr 1st time they stopped it,
if there not i might aswell just pay the extra £30 to go where i want to xx

They don't release the summer holidays (school holiday dates - July / August) or the October Half term dates until later in the year.

I've just been back on to the Daily Mail website and lots of holidays for the Easter dates are back available again now! I think their website keeps crashing and saying there is nothing available when there are too many people using it.
  • Hi guys, again another newbie here, so i have lots of questions!
I have been collecting my vouchers from the sun, but have read I can apply online, if I can get hold of a priority code. (whihc my cousin thinks she may have)
Once I have this code, and the key words (either from here or vouchers) apart from knowing where I would like to go and when, and my payment, do I need anything else? I have read a few times people saying about cracking the code? and excel etc..... what is this all for??
    Thanks in advance x;)
