on your UK Holiday in the Sun Booking Confirmation email
It says at the bottom "Your booking includes a ferry crossing and your ferry crossing confirmation will be sent to you by separate email."
see if you have the same sun95884 code as me for P&O

Hi, I am having trouble booking Sun Holiday for 3. I have 2 boys and everytime I try to book for France and press submit on final stage a box pops up with the message - In single sex partys one member must be over 25 years old. Well I am 43 and have typed this in the correct box and I have put my correct date of birth in correct box. I have tried last night and again all morning same thing happening. You can't get through to The Sun by phone to report this fault on site. Has anyone else had this trouble?0

on your confirmation email scroll down to the bottom and it says we note you haven't booked a ferry, there's a big red click here sign for ferries. try it and see?
see if you have the same sun95884 code as me for P&O
good luck
Sorry to be a pain! I don't have a link to P&O on there at all... I only have 3 bits that have links:
1. If you have not heard anything by February 28, 2013 please contact us at

All it says in reference to the ferry is "Your booking includes a ferry crossing and your ferry crossing confirmation will be sent to you by separate email." And there is no hyperlink to click on there0 -

Hi Lillady, I was thinking of doing that but will it be ok when you turn up with 3 but there are 4 confirmed on your booking documents? I have never had this trouble the past 3 years booking through site with 3 in party.0

Has anyone chosen the spanish italian or portugese sites? Be interesting to know if still worth it when factoring in flights and possibly car hire as well!
I'm interested in the spanish sites for next year. Only problem will be not being able to book flights till january when they have crept up in price a fair bit.0 -

no
if you've booked a holiday , you've paid, it's your choice how many turn up
and it's a minimum 4 person booking anyway
We always book 4 just in case someone does want to tag along like mom or my nephew, they never ask anyway when you collect your keys.proud to be a young stroke survivor0 -

i think as you've booked for it direct and it's on your confirmation email you just need to wait for the details
I didn't book as I needed to check with my mom who's abroad and my husband about the ferry times. And last year I got a P&O offer for £29 so it was better value and we added on an extra day to stopover as it was a long journey.
we hope to stop over in Brussels this timeproud to be a young stroke survivor0
