Mis-Sold Mortgage?

No, but I can claim it for you. (For 35% + vat)
Would you be willing to do that on a no win no fee basis, as I think I may too have lost a £10 note from my pocket.
I am not sure and have no evidence but I do remember that when I brought the jeans 15 years ago the sales person in the shop where I brought my jeans didn't ask me about my employment or any existing medical conditions.
Indeed I distinctly remember that the pockets were not tested for the size of my hand or any consideration given by the sales person to my capacity when drunk not to lose money or to spend more than I remember.
This is a national scandal, someone needs to involve the press, I for one will be writing to my MP0 -
Tbh alongside the highly informed and knowledgeable posts from the usual suspects on this board (as demonstrated by the responses on this thread), I do feel that we should also celebrate the deluded crackpot ramblings such as those of the OP, who keep us all so entertained when they suddenly realise that the responses given do not quite match up to their expectations.
Top marks for the use of 'crackpot' - a totally under-used word IMO0 -
The OP should actually have his complaint time barred.
He knows of the issue in the below post in 2008 which is over 3 years ago. Assuming the sale of the mortgage was over 6 years ago and as had only recently complained, therefore his complaint should be time barred. lol.

Good spot. I think you're right. Can't see any reason why the Limitation Act shouldn't apply, and so OP's complaint is 'out of time' under both the 6 year and 3 year rules.
P.S. Also noticed the OP's other thread from 2010 which begins "We booked out wedding through Thomson about a year ago in Rhodes, Greece". I know we're not supposed to judge, but I can't help thinking that OP's financial problems might have something to do with their spending habits.0 -
