Everything I saw on the website is in pounds - looks like a UK company to me, but obviously i'm wrong.
Also, the customer advisor stated that the terms and conditions state that a refund will be sent if the order is damaged. I can't see anything like that in their TsCs?
Hi Arthurfowler,
Did you get any conclusion to your refund from posterxxl? I am having a similar problem and the company are refusing refund and have stated they are sending me another picture. I ordered a canvas online from the co.uk website and the picture arrived damaged. They asked for photos which I sent and as it was for a birthday present and the birthday has since passed, a replacement is no use to me and I requested a refund. I'm not sure where to go from here as they state under german consumer law they are not required to give a refund, only to provide a replacement?
Any help/suggestions you have would be appreciated.
