You copy the URL you want to provide a 'posh' link to onto your clipboard (CTRL-C or whatever you prefer to use for that).

Then, in your post, you click on the globe-thingy and just paste (CTRL-V etc) what you have on the clipboard, and OK. That's it!

I've always wondered how people do that, and now your link isn't working so i still don't know.

My link is working. It just shows the globe-thingy to explain which of the icons I mean.....the one you actually click on is on the top of your posting window.

But my explanation is obviously pants. Hopefully somebody else will come along and provide a better explanation.

Even if you have correspondence from them and a contact name, you still have to write a letter to tell them they haven't sent the information you requested! That's another 2-3 weeks wasted!
