Describe your items better and reduce your postage charges. Communicate better with your buyers.

Sell more. Try some small, low value items to get the volume through.

Your percentages are worse then mine and a few months after the warning message from ebay they banned me from selling on the site. You also look like you are in danger of being banned and I can not see how you can improve in time.

Perhaps more photo's to improve your description rating?
Send messages to buyers (even if you have no contact from them) to improve your communication rating?
Post items as quickly as you can.
Use free postage and packing then the buyer is not allowed to mark you on P & P costs!

I would also change your ebay account to a "Business Seller Account" as if you read the "ebay" site forum you will see that ebay do not like private sellers who sell large numbers of items over the years. THEY WANT YOU TO BECOME A BUSINESS SELLER SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY FROM YOU!

I'd say close that account (before it gets restricted or banned) and start afresh.

I have wondered if you can just close an account that's below standard. I know you can't just stop selling as the account percentages will go up and you will still get banned but can you actually close the account permanently and get round it that way?!

The item as described has got worse - now 5 whereas previously 4, and at 1.63%. Just pointing out the obvious. But it's your decision of course.

ETA: Just to spell it out - the "standard" seller requirements for item as described low stars is 1.0%. So as long as your % is >1.0% then you are below standard and liable to action from ebay. So either you need a couple of those low stars to drop off pretty sharpish (and only you can know from your reports which months they relate to) OR you need to increase your annual # of transactions to more than 500 pretty sharpish OR you can close your account.

You're only allowed 1% in item as described aswell so I really don't think that can be turned around.

ETA posted before strapped added on that bit!

I believe you need to go over the allowed number of lows (3) aswell as the allowed % (1% for IAD) but don't know that for sure. So it looks ok but i'd make sure you are describing items the best you can. Some people mark a lack of description as low aswell as an inaccurate one so make sure you're not just listing with a one line description.
