Hi ,
this is my first time on here so i hope i am doing this right.
Last year i was made reduant when i was 5months pregnant due to my place of work closing. After having my son we decided it would be better for me to be a stop at home mom to my 2 children as childcare costs are to expensive. Just before christmas my husband was made reduntant and is finding it hard to find work as he is disabled and is being told there is too much red tape. I know we are lucky to have the car and the low element of living allowance (which not everyone gets) but was wondering what we are entitled to? we have both always worked uptill now, and since my working tax has stopped it has left us with less than half of what we were getting my child tax isn't much. can anyone help as we are now starting to struggle and need advice. thanks

Doesn't your husband get JSA? You are a stay at home mum, i.e. youngest child under 5, so presumably he would claim for you on his claim as well.0
