Unfortunately it sounds as if boots have decided that they no longer want you as an online customer, this happened to me few years ago (and all my family's accounts) they never have given me an explanation, just said I could no longer order. 3 years later and I still can't make an online order.
Hope you are able to resolve it better than I could.

Thanks so much OP. I wanted to get 4 of these in the main 75% off but was dreading having to carry them back to the car etc as they aren't small/light. Added a philosophy christmas cookie shampoo for £7 to get free home delivery. Really chuffed, thankyou! x
