Ive got confirmation email but am still awaiting the dispatch email (fingers crossed it doesnt get canelled) :mad:

I checked with customer service and was told yes as it's their fault.

I rang Boots and the assistant I spoke to was confused as they had nothing showing that my order for the Sanctuary set was cancelled and was still showing as being processed,she said to keep an eye out over the next couple of days and just in case it was and I get charged for store delivery gave me 500 points to apologise for the confusion. I asked why it took so long for them to show it as OOS and she said that it takes time from when the orders are received online to when the orders are received at the despatch warehouse and the stock to be updated.

Thanks OP just ordered three GOK sets one for myself with points and 2 for gifts. Hope it smells nice as never smelt it before so just took a change for the price and got good reviews on Boots site. Fingers crossed my order isn't cancelled

Thanks for this, went into the York Monks Cross store after work and they'd just had a delivery and were unloading. The SA said our timing was impeccable! Happy bunny:)

I was looking at the Gok set, but the rose oil put me off. Just reminded me of something my Nan would use.
I don't like lavender either, for the same reason.
