I've just sold about 1/2 mile from Larbert, 15 mins walk from larbert station. 2 bed mid terr house with front & back garden for £96K. I really like the area but be careful where you buy, what you want is achievable.
PM me i you want more info but I may take a few days to reply. I would do your research as there are some really dodgy areas right next to some fab ones.
check out rightmove.com, most houses in this area go for 10-15% above o/o price.
