What to post where ?.?

Hi, Im Doing my own PPI claim back,

I HAVE found a form on here to get my bank information from as far back as i can get ! as i cannot remember what loans & credit cards i had and when !

First question : where do i send my letter ? to the bank where i had the accounts or to a main office ?
Im with the HALIFAX

Question 2 : who do i make my cheque of £10 fee out to, HALIFAX PLC ?

Do I have to do 2 seprate letters ?
one for loans one for credit cards ?

If you had both bank accounts and credit card accounts then yes as they are two different accounts.

Ok so thats 2 x cheques for £10 & letters to both addresses !
Thats not that im making a PPI claim yet i need to get all the information on what loans and credit cards i have had over the years as i have forgot and have no details about them !

General opinion seems to be that just
'Halifax' may do for the cheques. You could always give them a ring just to be sure.

If you don't have account numbers just put all the information you can in your requests such as all addresses you lived at etc.
