Postage Issues - Help

Hi all

I have been selling on Ebay for ages & have never come accross this so please could someone help.

Someone has bought something off me, and mistakenly selected collection in person instead of the £3 postage cost. How can I amend it so they can pay for postage? They paid via Payal.

all u can do is refund the payment with a note saying you don't do collect only, thou they may neg feedback,

Hi sorry there were 2 options, collection or postage for £3 and they have selected the collection only by mistake, is there anything I can do?

if theyve gone for collection then you can't add anything for postage, in all honestly it would be best to chalk this up to experience, x

if they are willing to pay the £3, then they should be able to pay you through PayPal, look.

Message them telling them they made a mistake and let them know you are sending an invoice for the difference. Go to your paypal and send an invoice.....using the buyers email on the original transaction page.

Are you saying they WANT it posted, but have accidentally selected and paid for the option for collection instead?

Just refund, and send them another invoice for the correct amount.
