If TCP have phoenixed themselves into an identically named company but with a different company number, then presumably all there fake invoices issued before the new TCP was forned and the old TCP dissolved are now invalid (since the alleged contract is with a defunct company).
Furthermore, does not the NEW TCP have to apply t be on the AoS and have a new DVLA contract ?

What they won't tell me is the Reg No. of the TCP they have and when they joined.
