A friend at work has managed to lose OE from his pc!!:D How does he get it back - he's got no discs with pc - usual story, probably no backup either, can it be downloaded from the web, or any other ideas please

    The standard install location for OE is C:\Program Files\Outlook Express

    In that folder is a file called msimn.exe


    Assuming it is still there, right-click msimn.exe and choose 'Pin to Start Menu'. Now look at the top left corner of the window that opens when you click the Start button, and it should be there as usual.
