forgotten router log in

I need to log in to the router to find out the username and password in the settings that are needed to connect to the internet. I want to use a new router so I need that information but I can't remember the router log in.

Is there anyway I can log into the router without deleting all the settings (which is the whole point for me to log in).

yeah i suppose, would rather not though. It's AOL and I know the username is (phone number) @ ?
can't remember password either.

Just buy a 3G dongle and be done with it

IIRC The default login name provided by AOL is "Customer's Phone [EMAIL="Number@dialbb.com"]Number @dialbb.com[/EMAIL]" and the default password is "aol123"

What's the make and model of router? It's usually something like admin for username and password for the pass

It certainly is but if it is a router supplied by AOL, the format is always as above 'number@.....'

hemophobic. try admin as username then phone number as password as that what my Aol Netgear router is and was done by Aol
