How to get care assistant job in a hospital with no qualification or experience.

Just wondering if anyone knows. If someone with no GCSE's or other formal qualifications wants to get into care work and also has no experience or specific care courses what can they do? My husband hasn't had any work for 2 years and has been a stay at home husband for the past 20 months while i work. He has an SIA License…

I'm an HCA in the NHS and I had no formal experience when i got the job. im doing that Advanced Apprentice thing (dont get me started on my rants about that though, waste of blinking time but thats another story) i was just very lucky to get a break but its more difficult now.
