Cheapest way to get my property on RightMove?

Good evening all.
I'm looking at attempting to sell my house as cheaply as possible and as such I would like to know what is the cheapest way to get my property on RightMove?
I don't mind taking photos and writing the ad, I am also aware I need an energy report.

You can only do it through an agent, so an on-line service like Hatched or Housenetwork would be cheapest.0

Yeah, that's what I've been seeing from other sites. So.... question is where is cheapest?
Anyone used these? {myonlineestateagent.com} - housenetwork and hatched were the other two I've seen, but they are a little bit more and want £100 more for RightMove premium, is that worth it?0 -
I can get rental properties on rightmove for £75 plus VAT. I cant do properties for sale at all but i would imagine with a bit of hunting around you could potentially do it for a similar price?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I haven't used Hatched however I am off to view a property they are advertising on Rightmove. I've been very impressed with them organising the viewing. As soon as I called them I got a text to confirm they had contacted the owner and then I got a call back and a text to confirm the viewing within a couple of hours.0

Well at £200 to sell and then £200 completion fee with Hatched, I dont think I can complain to be fair, especially with a buyer POV like that.
I'm thinking of giving them a call tomorrow to see what they can offer on the premium listing. I've read another thread on here that suggests premium is literally a few quid to upgrade so £75 seems a little steep.
Thanks for your feedback0 -

I'll let you know what the follow up is like as I go and view the property Saturday afternoon.0 -
My parents used hatched last year and were really impressed. I recommended them to a friend who put his house on the market late November and got an offer the next week. He says his sale is going through ok.
It's seems the fact they are cheap doesn't really make much difference, you just have to be confident in showing people round
I used house network 18 months ago and they were ok, but, once I got an offer, they didn't really support the chain and I often felt like I was doing all the chasing when really they should have been doing that. Maybe it's because I paid all up front rather than half once completed0 -
I currently use hatched and find their service to be a bit hit and miss - you could call them on a Saturday afternoon and just get through to their answering machine and they are supposed to be open until 4 or 5pm, also when someone wants to view your property and contacts them, rather than pick up the phone and contact you directly, they will send you a text and ask you to contact them on their premium phone number.
They have other numbers but they always seem to direct you to the premium rate number, and sometimes they do not even send you a text, they just send you an email, and when you call them sometimes they don't bother getting back to you to confirm the viewing until you call them again and request confirmation!! It would take less than 60 secs in most cases to confirm a viewing with a seller so not sure why they do not just pick up the phone and call you.
Not sure if other online estate agents are like this and all in all you could say these are trivial things that you may get with a high street estate agent but it can get on your nerves sometimes as if you don't have enough on your plate already trying to make your property presentable and generally selling the place. Like I said hit and miss....0 -
To be honest there is not a lot between on-line estate agents you 'usually' get what you pay for in worth at least.
Do some calcualtions and from that exercise you should come up with a plan that suits your pocket and your needs.
Look for small print within any contract, before you sign because then you are committed.0 -

The cost to upgrade to premium depends on the package the Estate Agent has with Rightmove, which will depend on how many listings etc. It's more than "a few quid".
£75 seems ok to me considering how much it costs with others, however personally I wouldn't bother with it even if it was literally only a few quid as I'm not convinced it will help to sell a property at all.0
