Sticky brakes/clutch???

The last few weeks when I start up the car and try to drive off its like the handbrake is still on I rev quite a bit then suddenly shoot forward as the brakes/clutch gets free,

I totally thought I had rubbish brakes as they haven't been replaced in 3 years and they were just sticking while being parked oer night,
but someone said it could be a sticky clutch???

Any help appreciated!

    Part of the Furniture 500 Posts Combo Breaker
    Try putting the car on a flat surface in neutral and after taking hand brake off see if you can push it by hand. If you cant,hand brake is sticking.
